Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup milk (Use cow’s milk, oat milk, almond milk, or any milk alternative.)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (Lends richness and protein.)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats (Make sure to use rolled oats.)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (Adds subtle sweetness.)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds (Fiber-rich for added nutrition.)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (Enhances overall flavor.)
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries (Or any fresh fruit of your choice.)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Combine milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a 1/2-pint jar with a lid; cover and shake until combined.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can prepare the oats in jars and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
